so, if you know josh, you know he loves to mountain bike. LOVES it.

lately, i, Allison, am hating it. HATING it.

why, you might ask? well, over the course of one week, josh:

- got a concussion
- dislocated his shoulder
- thought he broke his arm
- charlie horsed his knee
- bruised his hip

and yet, he still does it. seriously.... and i thought gymnastics was dangerous.
