Barbekü

Yep, totally transliterated. But - some friends here had a recipe for homemade sauce and we tried it out last week. It was sooooo good! It has ginger in it, so praise the Lord we both like ginger :) It was so easy to make! So we made ourselves some sandwiches.... with chicken, of course. No pork here (which A is totally find with). If you're from NC, you'll understand what we mean when we say it's more eastern than western, but still super yummy.
